From 7 September, the underlying speed zone data is refreshed every two weeks instead of once per quarter, so recent speed limit changes are reflected sooner and false overspeed events are reduced before they enter MyEROAD reports and Leaderboard. Spend less time investigating incorrect overspeed events and keep Leaderboard scores fairer. This is the first milestone in a series of speed data improvements, with more accurate posted speed limits on the Ehubo to follow. No action required.

A new Dismiss Events workflow in Replay gives your team a streamlined way to dismiss an event, choose a reason, and automatically keep dismissed events out of the default list view, so safety attention stays on genuine risk rather than false positives. Review dismissed events with a filter, bulk dismiss similar events, and restore any dismissed incorrectly. Available now in Replay, no action required.

The event view has been tidied up, reducing headline tags to focus on the main behaviour only and streamlining the key information in event details, so teams can review dashcam events with less clutter and fewer distractions. Available now in Replay, no action required.

The Dashcam Health and Management page now includes a dedicated Current Device Faults field. From the Dashcams page in Admin, view reported device faults alongside connection status, installation status, plan type and last event snapshot, so device issues are identified sooner, faults are resolved quickly, and your devices are ready to record when it matters most. A new option consolidates all daily RUC charges into a single, easy to reconcile invoice: one invoice per day covers all RUC charges and admin fees across your fleet, with each charge clearly itemised including vehicle registration numbers, and a total that matches your bank statement. Consolidated invoicing is optional, and customers can opt in directly within MyEROAD settings.

Several Clarity Edge AI detectors have been fine tuned using real world performance data and customer feedback to improve alert reliability. Mobile phone detection and distraction alerts get refined sensitivity and a 60 second stand down time, smoking detection now also detects smoking while the vehicle is stationary, and no driver detection is more precise. Drivers get more relevant safety alerts, and your team gets more reliable information for coaching and review. Available now in Replay, no action required.
