Copying trip and vehicle data between systems by hand takes time your team doesn't have. Connect EROAD to the job management, maintenance, navigation and reporting tools you already use, so dispatch, the workshop and finance all work from the same fleet data.
In Australia, each partner integration works with one of two platforms: MyEROAD, or MyGeotab with the Geotab heavy vehicle solution. The platform your fleet runs on decides which tools you can add, and if you're not sure which one you have, we can check for you.
Cloud job management that works best for small to medium transport operators moving off paper job sheets. Once it's connected to EROAD, each job is matched to the kilometres driven, which means less slips through at invoice time. You'll need MyEROAD and an Ehubo2 plan.

Send a job to the driver and they update its status as they go, so the office can see where every job is up to without ringing around. The location, distance, trip history and geofence activity that EROAD captures all flow into vWork too, giving dispatch a clearer picture of what's happening in the field. It's an add-on for Ehubo2 plans on MyEROAD.
Drivers do pre-trip and post-trip checks in the app, photos included, and defects go straight to the workshop. It also keeps each vehicle's service history and repair costs, and flags when a service is due. In Australia it's sold only as an add-on to the Geotab heavy vehicle solution, so you'll need MyGeotab. MyEROAD customers use EROAD Inspect for checklists and defects instead.

When the CFO wants to know what actually drove cost this quarter, a standard dashboard rarely has the answer. EROAD Analyst puts your telematics data in Snowflake, where your team can combine it with finance, payroll or maintenance data and query it in Power BI or Tableau, building reports around the metrics that matter to you. You'll need MyEROAD and an Ehubo2 plan.

HERE WeGo Pro lets you plan a route that suits the vehicle and send it to the driver, which makes it easier to keep the truck off roads it's too tall or too heavy for. That helps you avoid infringement notices, and the damage or accidents the wrong road can cause. It's an add-on to the Geotab heavy vehicle solution and needs MyGeotab, with a Geotab GO9 in the vehicle.
Built for Australian heavy vehicle operators, the Geotab heavy vehicle solution runs on MyGeotab with a telematics device certified by Transport Certification Australia for the IAP and TMA schemes. Whip Around, HERE WeGo Pro and Logmaster for driver hours all run on it, and it includes unlimited users and over-the-air updates.
