Once they're through it, you'll also have a record of how they were driven on site and when they left.
Whatever you're making, packing or distributing, it only keeps moving if the trucks do, whether they're yours or a logistics company's. A late load can hold up a line. And when a truck takes the yard too fast, it's your people at risk.
With EROAD in your trucks, you can see where each one is and when it'll get to you. Put a geofence around the site too, and every arrival and departure goes on the record.

Ehubo2 is a 4G GPS tracker with a driver-facing screen built in, which makes it more than a dot on a map. It's built to accuracy standards for tax collection and stores data when there's no coverage. Between the screen and the record it keeps, Ehubo2 helps you show you're managing safety under Chain of Responsibility. It comes in three Australian plans: Connected, Safe Driver and Safe Driver Plus. Some of what's below needs a particular one.
In-cab alerts compare live speed with the posted limit on the road being driven. Safe Driver Plus only.
The screen gives audio and visual alerts the moment a driver brakes hard, corners sharply or accelerates harshly. Like Posted Speed, it's on Safe Driver Plus only.
Send notices and site instructions straight to the screen in the cab. Drivers can only read and reply once they've stopped.
Help drivers follow site rules with a reminder that pops up on screen as they enter or leave a geofence. An add-on for any Ehubo2 plan.
Help reduce downtime with inspection checklists and digital service and repair records. Inspect is an add-on, but Safe Driver Plus includes the checklists.
A red, amber and green display shows the driver their speed against the posted limit, right in the cab. You'll need Ehubo2 Safe Driver Plus for this one.
No more time wasted trying to reach drivers on the move. Fleet Map shows where each of your trucks is right now, coming in or heading out. There's no extra cost per user, so dispatch, the health and safety team and whoever's on the dock can all check it for themselves. It can help cut downtime and micro-stops, too.
See up to 100,000 vehicles or assets on the map at one time, grouped into clusters. Find any driver, vehicle or trailer, and set up and manage geofences.
Explore Fleet Map →Set a site speed limit and log every vehicle in and out. With the Fuel Tax Credits add-on, geofenced off-road areas can also back up your claim.
Explore Fuel Tax Credits →Routes and ETAs take live traffic into account. Filter by vehicle size, weight and load type to find a route that suits the truck.
We were sometimes too late and then machines would break down and it would cost us because production slowed down or stopped.
Lipps Natural Resources wanted a clearer view of their trucks: the routes drivers took, the fuel each truck used, where every driver was. Service and maintenance were a headache too, because the paperwork was often late or incomplete.
A few of the reports in MyEROAD, our cloud-based fleet management portal. Most come with every plan, and the cards say where one doesn't.
Every vehicle that came into or left your geofences, and when, in one report.
See which vehicles speed most often and where it keeps happening, so coaching goes where it's needed.
Load fuel transactions to see where fuel goes and where idling could come down. Only Shell and WEX fuel cards connect directly, as a paid add-on.
With Retrospective Activity, pick an area and a time window and see what went on, like which trucks were at the dock on Tuesday morning.
Every driver gets one to five stars for how they drive, so you know who to reward. That takes driver login and Safe Driver or Safe Driver Plus.
Pull up any trip to see how fast it went and where it stopped, with dashcam video alongside if you run Clarity Connected.
Clarity Connected is a dual-facing dashcam that adds high definition video to your fleet data, on the road and on site. Use the footage to coach drivers, and as evidence if something goes wrong. It lands in MyEROAD, so it's only ever a few clicks away. The camera is a hardware add-on for your Ehubo2 plan.
Improving your operation doesn't stop at the factory gate. The trucks coming and going matter just as much, so let's talk about yours.
