How the Ehubo2 works

What it records, and what it connects to

EROAD designed the Ehubo2 from the ground up. It records the vehicle's location every 250 m, and again at events like ignition, braking, cornering and entering a geofence. Distance and driving behaviour go into the same record, which reaches MyEROAD as the vehicle moves.

  • Roams across the Telstra, Optus and Vodafone networks
  • Inputs for auxiliary equipment and power take-off (AUX and PTO)
  • Over-the-air software updates
  • Picks up Etrack Where tags over Bluetooth, up to 70 m away

Keeping your data when coverage drops

Out of coverage, the Ehubo2 stores up to six months of data and uploads it, encrypted, when the signal's back. Trips through remote areas with poor reception still end up in your MyEROAD reports.
