EROAD supports calculation of FBT using the operating cost method, with headline metrics that help fleet and operations managers monitor the percentage of business usage and uncategorised trips. That makes it easier to select a representative 12-week period that accurately shows the business usage of the vehicles in your fleet, and to monitor business versus private usage.

Complete logbooks, automated records

Scheduled reports highlight when a driver has not completed the logbook, so you can follow up and improve compliance across the fleet. Largely automated record keeping stores your records for the requisite period, ready for auditing and filing.
