In response to trucking industry’s continuing response to the COVID-19 pandemic, individual jurisdictions have issued emergency waivers for IFTA and IRP trip permits and credentials that expired in March 2020.

 

As states begin to reopen and resume operations, the emergency waivers are being lifted. IFTA and IRP fuel and trip permits must be purchased prior to the expiration dates.

 

There are also some select jurisdictions that have provided extensions for the IFTA Q1, 2020 returns.
