We first launched MyEROAD, our powerful cloud-based platform, in August of 2021. We’ve kept our legacy platform, Depot, running parallel with MyEROAD since then. We’re now ready to bid a fond farewell to Depot, which will be turned off for good on July 12.

Here are a few key things to know about MyEROAD.

What’s Different?

The main changes you’ll notice are the URL (my.eroad.com), and that the navigation bar has moved from the top of the screen to the left-hand side. Most of the big changes are under the hood.

What’s Staying the Same?

Everything else is the same, including reports, Activity Map, Leaderboard – it’s all right there in MyEROAD, ready to use. Even your username and password are the same as the ones you use for Depot.

Faster and More Powerful

MyEROAD is faster. It has more power so it can handle more products and more data. The responsive design also means it works better on desktop, tablet and mobile.

Top tips

• Your current username and password do not change
• Bookmark the new URL or ‘add to favorites’
• Remember that MyEROAD will timeout after two hours of inactivity
