PORTLAND, OR – January 25, 2021 – EROAD is launching Fleet Trends, a new and free virtual webinar series which aims to highlight important trucking topics facing carriers in 2021, including safety, compliance and fleet management. The educational series will feature a variety of leading experts in transportation, technology, insurance and more.

EROAD has partnered with Scopelitis Transportation Consulting, who will be featured presenters in many of the Fleet Trends sessions. “Dave Osiecki and his team bring an incredible wealth of expertise to the trucking industry,” said Norm Ellis, EROAD North America president. “We’re thrilled to work with Scopelitis Transportation Consulting to help our customers and others in the trucking community to navigate the challenges facing them this year.”

The EROAD Fleet Trends series kicks off with a webinar titled “DOT Audits in an ELD World,” which will be held from 11am-12pm PST on Thursday, January 28, 2021. This webinar will update attendees on the ins and outs of FMCSA’s compliance review and how carriers and drivers can best prepare.

Topics covered in the webinar will include:

  • Overview of FMCSA’s eRODS software and how they use it
  • The types of records and ELD supporting documents that are requested during remote and on-site audits
  • ELD auditing techniques you may not have thought of, or even be aware of

 

The webinar will feature Dave Osiecki, president of Scopelitis Transportation Consulting.
