What if I need to RMA a unit?
Our RMA process has not changed. When an RMA is issued, we will provide a shipping label with the San Diego address.
Can I still pick up/drop off equipment at the Tualatin office?
Effective November 14, 2022, the Tualatin office location will be closed, and you will not be able to pick up or drop off equipment at that location.
What happened to EROAD staff in the Portland area?
We continue to have a large staff presence in the Portland area. Post-COVID, we transitioned to a flexible “hybrid” model of work. However, all fulfillment and warehouse activities will continue to operate in San Diego in the future.
