David Kenneson

Co-Chief Executive Officer 

David Kenneson has more than 25 years of experience spearheading business transformation and operational excellence across high-tech, manufacturing and professional services industries. His track record includes driving substantial P&L performance, executing robust growth strategies and leading complex business transformations with a keen entrepreneurial spirit. David holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a BS in Production and Operations Management. A member of The Revenue Collective and a former VP of the Northeast PA Chapter of APICS, David’s professional affiliations reflect his commitment to the industry and continuous learning.

Akinyemi Koyi

President, Product & Strategy

Akinyemi “AK” Koyi has more than 20 years of experience as a leader and innovator in the technology sector. Working in a variety of industries, AK has built, managed and nurtured highly skilled, successful teams while overseeing complex engineering projects. He joined EROAD in 2021 when EROAD acquired Coretex, a telematics company where Akinyemi was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer.

AK brings to EROAD a dedication to innovation, people-focused leadership and a commitment to creating transformative technology solutions that support safety and success for our customers.

Tracey Herman

Executive Vice President of Finance

Tracey Herman has more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience in the technology space. She joined EROAD in 2021 when EROAD acquired Coretex, a telematics company where she was Chief Financial Officer. Tracey relocated from New Zealand to the United States in 2022 to help drive EROAD’s growth in the North American market. Tracey previously held positions with transportation technology company Imarda which led the merger with International Telematics to form Coretex, Commercial Management roles at Television New Zealand and audit and business services positions at Deloitte.

Craig Marris

Chief Sustainability Officer, Executive Vice President for Transportation and Cold Chain

Craig Marris is a co-founder of Coretex, a telematics company acquired by EROAD in 2021. Originally from New Zealand, he has been based in the United States since 2006, when he launched the company’s North American Operations. Craig was also instrumental in launching Coretex’s in-cab compliance solution in 2009.

As Chief Sustainability Officer, Craig leads EROAD’s external and internal sustainability initiatives, working with stakeholders across legal, regulatory and product development.

Craig has a double degree in marketing and economics from Otago University and is a graduate from the Harvard Business School of Analytics, graduating with distinction.

Dean Marris

Chief Data Science Officer, Executive Vice President for Construction

Dean Marris is a co-founder of Coretex, a telematics company acquired by EROAD in 2021. Dean moved to the United States in 2014 from New Zealand, where he was CEO in Australasia for International Telematics. In the U.S., Dean launched the company’s North American Operations for construction materials and built-up direct sales for in-cab and refrigeration.

As Chief Data Science Officer, Dean leads the development of data science strategies and technologies for EROAD, which includes working with customers to understand and solve for their unique needs.

Dean has a double degree in marketing and economics from Otago University and is a graduate from the Harvard Business School of Analytics, graduating with distinction.

Sarah Wicker

Vice President of Marketing

Sarah Wicker has more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience in the technology space, with deep experience in the telematics industry. Prior to joining EROAD, she held leadership positions at Lytx and Verizon Connect. Sarah holds a Masters of Business Administration from South University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising from Ball State University.
