HOS Flexibility ELD Analysis/Survey Results

Last year the FMCSA sought public comment on revising four specific areas of current HOS regulations: the short haul HOS limit, HOS exemption for adverse conditions, 14-hour duty period, 30-minute rest break and split sleeper berth.

In response, EROAD performed statistical analysis of anonymized aggregated ELD data and conducted a survey to customers and the industry to make sure that our community’s voices were heard.

We compiled our ELD data analysis and the comments we received from customers and the industry into a final report and submitted it to FMCSA. And we’re making it available to you here.
